Brenda Hatchett Young

Brenda Faye Hatchett Young was born June 29, 1963, in Little Rock, AR to Paul (Deceased) and Earma Lloyd Hatchett. She was a twin to Linda “Linaka” Hatchett.

Brenda graduated from Little Rock Central High School in 1981. She then attended Arkansas Tech and graduated in 1985, with a B.S. in Business.

Brenda was dedicated to her family and work endeavors. She always wanted and did her very best.

On March 17, 1989, Brenda and Donnie Young were united in holy matrimony. As they had no children, they had many fur babies.

She lived in Louisiana and Texas for many years but returned to Little in 2017. She became a Member of Grace Temple, which is now known as Grace United, under the Leadership of Bishop Steven M. Arnold. She was a dedicated member of the Grace United Security Team, whom she regarded as Family.

Brenda leaves to cherish her memories:  Her husband Donnie R. Young, her mother, Earma J. Pleasant, her twin sister, Linaka K. Hatchett, and her brother Todd J. Hatchett, her niece Taylor Hatchett and her God Sister Tressa Weathers. Her Bonus daughter, Shonda Hogan, her Bonus Sisters, Cheryl, Jackie, Lynn and Lisa. Her Cousin/Bonus Brother Morris Lloyd (Valerie). Her Aunts: Julia Lloyd, Ethel Harrison, Lela Burns, Sandra Green (Butch) and Bennietta Hatchett. Her bonus daughter; Lashunda Hogan. Her Bonus grandchildren, her loving Cousins and a host of relatives and friends.
