Danny Ray Thomas

Danny Ray Thomas “AKA Danny James” was born on July 1, 1954, in Little Rock, Arkansas to the late Tehavis Danner and Alma Thomas. He received his education in the Pulaski County Special School District. Danny confessed his life to Christ at an early age under the leadership of Rev. Robert Vanderbilt. Danny worked various jobs during his lifetime until his health failed.

Danny loved his family, Birthday celebrations, family gatherings and any other events. Danny lived a simple life but was friends to many, as well as his lifelong friend Joann Kendrick.

Danny departed this life on June 8, 2025.

Danny was preceded in death by 4 brothers: Lee Edward Davis, Charles T. Danner, Travis Danner and London Danner.

He leaves to cherish his memories, his sister; Lee Berta (Alvin) Keith, his brother; Darnell (Carolyn) Danner. His nephews and nieces; Antonio ( Angela) James, Antwuan Jones, Deauna ( Angelo) Smith, Lee Edward Davis Jr; Great Nephews and Nieces; Antonio James II, DeAndrea Smith, Anthony James, Quiana Smith, Keith Jenkins, Aziah James. Great great nephews and nieces; DeAzia Smith, DeMariyae Smith, Ah’Siaeh James, Zania Jenkins, Ka’Niyah and Ka’Miyah, and Kiel Turner.
