Dominique Iman Smith, born January 7, 1994, in Little Rock, Arkansas is the child of Nathaniel Woods and Keitha Smith. He was affectionately known as “Domino” among family and friends.
He accepted Christ as his personal savior and was baptized at Mt. Calvary Missionary Baptist Church under the direction of Rev. Landrum Marshall, Jr., Mt. Calvary Missionary Baptist Church.
Dominique was a graduate of Parkview Arts & Science Magnet High School. After high school, Dominique enlisted into the U.S. Navy and the Navy Reserve of Arkansas for a total of 10 years of service as a combat medic.
Dominique united in marriage to Sarah. To their union, they were blessed with Amara, Tyler, and Xolani.
Dominique loved working in the medical profession. He was employed at UAMS as a surgical technician. He was an avid San Franciso 49er fan.
To know Domino meant that you can always guarantee there will be a debate on any topic. He loved to listen to music, his Vann shoes, and playing video games.
He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife, Sarah , daughters, Amara Turnage, Tyler Smith, and Xolani Smith of Little Rock, AR; father, Nathaniel Woods of Little Rock, AR; mother, Keitha Smith of Little Rock, AR; siblings, Kei-Seana Brown (DeAndre), Destiny Seals, Nadrivan Woods, Tionnah Woods-Johnson (Jonathan) Dallas, TX, Katena Withers, Kenneth Thompson, Eddie Whiters, Xavier Green, Jarvis Lee Longview, TX, Natiquea Jackson, & Shaneika Perry all of Little Rock, grandmother, Michelle Cole & Lena Kennedy ; mother-in-law, Pamela Turnage; father-in-law, Wayne Turnage of Little Rock, AR; sister-in-law, Olivia Turnage of Little Rock, AR; bonus mom, Pheleisa Woods, aunts, uncles, cousins, great aunts and uncles; extended family and friends.
