Elesie (Lisa) McCullor, 67 of Little Rock transitioned from her earthly body to her eternal reward on Saturday, October 19, 2024. Lisa was born in Crossett, AR on December 1, 1956, to the late Nathaniel Sr. and Doris McHenry.
She later moved with her mother and siblings to Little Rock, AR. Her father Nathaniel Sr. joined the family later. Lisa was a member of Hall High Schools graduating class of 1975 where met lifelong friends and earned her diploma.
Lisa, being an advocate and protector of children, soon after she began her 15 year career with the Little Rock School District transportation department. Lisa became a beloved bus driver and trusted mentor to the many children she made a safe passage for to and from school. Lisa later utilized her knowledge of road safety and customer service to join the team at Central Arkansas Transit where she served as a bus driver until she became disabled.
Lisa accepted Christ in her youth and later became a dedicated member of Lewis Street Church of Christ where she served for many years until her health with no longer allow. Lisa ministered to many who came across her path by teaching and showing them the way of God. She was a light that sat on a hill that could not be hidden and even in her illness she brought joy and happiness to many.
