Frances Louise Williams was born on August 16,1947 in Marianna, Arkansas to George Williams and Louvina Hardy-Williams, both preceded her in death.

She was raised and attended school in Little Rock, Arkansas. The East-End is where she and her family lived for many years and where everyone

knew her. As an adult and having children she also lived in Cleveland, Ohio and San Diego, California and she gained a host of lifelong friends. She held many jobs over her life but managing the American Legion Post 310 in San Diego, stands out has one of her fondest because of the people she met, the friendships and traveling they did together. Frances had many

talents, she was a great cook, she could reupholster furniture and had a way with a slot machine, she really liked the casino and Vegas and the blues.

More than any of that she loved the Lord, she was a member of Mount Ararat Missionary Baptist Church were her younger brother Timothy Smith is the Pastor.

Frances was called home to rest in God’s arms on November 20, 2024, also preceding her in death is her siblings, Thelma and Velma, Willie James, George Dale, Otis Lee, Roy Gene, James Charles Williams and her grandson, Foster Lawrence Williams. Frances leaves behind her children

Trenell Williams, Juniyah Green, Alicia Guerrero, Khyree Williams, Patrick Sanders, Arianah Whitfield, Ayden Whitfield. Great grandchildren; Nyhja Smith, Niyla Orr,

Duvell Jordan Jr, Eva Williams, Kadence Grady and Harley Williams. Great great grandchildren; Theon Avery III, Th’Nyhja Avery, Micah Carter and a host of neices, nephews, family and friends.
