Isaac Langston Obituary

Psalm147:3 He heals the Broken hearted and binds up there wounds. My dearest dad was born to the late Willie Langston and his Beatrice Langston. Isaac Langston peacefully transitioned from this life on August 9, 2025, at 1:30 a.m. Sunday morning at St Andrew’s in Conway, Arkansas surrounded by family, friends, nurses and staff.

Isaac joined New Community church in Pine Bluff, AR under the leadership of Pastor Patrick Lockett. Mr. Isaac was employed at Cotton Compress for over forty years. Everyone knew Isaac from his million-dollar smile and trademark of Gup teeth. Issac was friendly and passionate, and loved riding his bike his daughter bought him for his birthday on January 22nd. He loved to talk about old times when times weren’t so great during hardship times, but no matter what took place dad made provisions for his family.

Isaac lived to be eighty-three years of age, what a Blessing, Jesus kept him through his afflictions for a long time and he never complained or had to take chemotherapy. He fought a good fight, and he kept the faith, and prayed and read his word daily.

Isaac was preceded in death by his parents, Willie and Beatrice Langston, his sisters; Linda Langston, Mamie Lee Langston, and Sarah Langston, brothers; Leroy Langston, Eugene Langston Sr., Leodis Langston, and Freddy Langston, Issac was the last living legend of his siblings. ‘
