Karen Cheatham Waters was born February 1, 1961, to Shirley Venable and George Cheatham. Karen departed this world on July 4, 2023. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jeffrey Waters, her parents, and three brothers: Danny, Larry, and Gary.

Karen is survived by her son, John (Misty) Oglesby Jr., Three grandsons; Jeffrey (Sabrina) Oglesby, John "Tre" (Bre) Oglesby and Joey Ogelsby, one great grandson, Martin Oglesby and one on the way. A host of nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and family.

Karen loved her family and her smile lit up the room. To know her was to love her. She will be greatly missed!
