Keisha Nicole Wilkins was born November 8, 1972, in Little Rock, AR to Otis Lyons and Annie Bell Payton. Keisha received her education in the North Little Rock and Little Rock School District; she was a 1991 graduate of Parkview Arts Science Magnet High School. She went on to further her education at Pulaski Technical College and the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Keisha was a member of The Church of Christ where she served on the singles ministry, senior citizen ministry as well as worked in the nursery. Keisha enjoyed playing dominoes and frequent visits to Golden Corral for dinner. Keisha never met a stranger and was well loved by anyone she came in contact with. She was united by God in holy matrimony on February 14,2025 to Minister Jimmy Lee Wilkins, they shared. Keisha departed life on October 30, 2025, at UAMS HOSPITAL surrounded by her loved ones. Keisha is preceded in death by her father; three brothers Raymond, Kevin and Dewayne Williams and one sister Gina Evan.
She leaves to cherish her loving memory; husband, Minister Jimmy Lee Wilkins; two daughters, Arial and Aaliyah Smith, Conway, AR; stepdaughter Jennifer Wilkins, Jacksonville, AR; grandson Braxton Brown, Conway, AR; Mother Annie Bell Payton, North Little Rock, AR; six brothers, John Rufin (Wanda), Kenneth Hart (Keisha) and Jimmy Lyons all of Little Rock, AR; Michael Williams Sr (Tonya) and Arthur Williams (Carmen) both of Sherwood, AR and Antonio Williams (Shanel) of St Louis, Missouri; seven sisters, Debra Fields, Conway, AR; Antoinette Garth (Randy), Mayflower, AR; Kimberly Bracy (Steven), Stacy Rosby (Russell), Mary Lyons, Shirley Lyons and Tammy Butler all of North Little Rock, AR; Carrie Spencer (Adolf) of Little Rock, AR and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
