Lotoya Ford

Lo’Toya Shanell Ford was born February 26, 1981 to Billy Ford Sr. and Maxine Jenkins.  Lo’Toya was preceded in death by both paternal grandparents Tom and Callie Ford and her maternal grandfather Overton Jenkins.  
Lo’Toya (4-o) loved her family especially that granddaughter (Tootie).  Toya was the life of the party from her family and friend gathering at the house, firing up the grill, with a spade game on deck, and her favorite drink (Hennessy and Red Bull)!  Let’s not forget Saturday’s and Sunday’s football/basketball watch party #CowBoyNation #GoHogs.  Toya loved watching her CNN (Nancy Grace) and ESPN Highlights while standing proudly and boldly for #BlackLivesMatter.  Toya loved working for her family and friend Black Owned Business “Dream Makers Event Planners” and “Mama’s Girlz II” 
Lo’Toya confessed to Christ at an early age and was apart of Fellowship Missionary Baptist Church Youth Dept. and Choir.  Although Toya’s passing was unexpected we know to be absent from the body, is to be present with the Lord!  Lo’Toya leaves fond memories to her parents: Billy Ford Sr. and Maxine Ford, 1 maternal grandmother: Haley Jenkins, 1 brother: Billy Ford Jr. (BJ), 4 children: Denver Harris, De’Kyiah and De’Myiah Ford, and De`Janae Ford;1 granddaughter: Ivy Chanel Robinson (her Favorite), and a host of uncles, aunts, cousins, family, and friends.
