Roy Lee Milton was born July 9,1953 to the late Frank Milton Sr., and Annie Johnson. Roy started his early education at Oneida Elementary School, and was a graduate of Barton High School. Roy was converted at an early age at Calvary Missionary Baptist Church in Barton, Arkansas, under the leadership of Rev. T.C. King. He later moved to Little Rock where he joined Friendship Baptist Church and later became a member of St. Mark Baptist Church. Roy was employed with CAT Transit City of Little Rock for many Years until his health started to decline.

During retirement, he enjoyed doing what he loved most, which was hunting, fishing, camping and gardening.

He was preceded in death by his parents; Frank Milton Sr., and Annie Milton, Siblings; Ophelia Milton, Rev. Frank Milton Jr., Betty Milton and Walter Milton.

Roy leaves to cherish his precious memories, his wife, Bernetta Milton, his children; Alicia Renea Milton, Ashley (Anton) Williams, Katra  (James) Townes, Roy Jr. (Katie) Milton, Michelle (Donald) Hayfrom, Tyrone Valentine, and David Rush, brothers; Rev. Irva (Pearline) Milton of IL, and Clarence (Brenda) Milton of Florida, brother-in-law; Marvin Thomas, sister in laws; Pearl Overton, Emma Pickett, Reatha Hill, Betty Milton, and Ruby Milton, his grandchildren; Jarvis Milton and Deshawn McKeever. A host of cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.

Roy will be greatly missed!
