Sherry Angelina Williams

Sherry Angelina Johnson was born on November 11, 1973, to the late Bobbie Jean Ellis and Leo “Sponey” Johnson. Sherry departed this life on October 6, 2023, surrounded by family.

Sherry better known as Angelina attended Ole Main High School and later worked in the janitorial field, UAMS, and Baptist Hospital for several years. Angelina loved a good phone call of gossip and was always laughing! She was the life of the party but wasn’t the best dancer. She enjoyed spending time with her children, family, and her mother who she called her “best friend”. Her two grandchildren were the light of her life. In her spare time Angie enjoyed watching soap operas and talking on the phone. It was also very important for her to keep her hair done. Angelina was a huge part of her family and will be truly missed.

Sherry Angelina Johnson leaves to cherish her memory two daughters Aarion Rhodes and Nautica Williams of LR, AR. Two sons Maricus Johnson and Trevion Drayer of LR, Ar. Two grandchildren Taniyah Drayer and Trevion Dryer, Jr.

Five brothers Derrick Payne of LR, AR, Eric Lambert, Sr, Benjamin Ellis Jr, and Kevin Johnson of NLR, AR, Leon Johnson of Lonoke, AR and Darren Johnson of Maryland, MD. Four sisters Dana Johnson of Atlanta, GA, Latonda Johnson and LaRhonda Johnson-Hammonds of Lonoke, AR, and Tandra Parker- Booth.  Special Aunt Teresa Taylor and a host of family members and friends.
