Tracy Ramona Carter, aged 44, of Little Rock, Arkansas, passed away peacefully on March 1, 2025. Born July 4, 1980. Tracy’s vibrant spirit and joyful presence were a testament to the day that marked her entrance into the world. She was a beacon of light and positivity to all who knew her, and her passing leaves a void in the hearts of many.

Tracy was born and raised in Little Rock, where she attended Mills High School. Her passion for life was evident in her love for music, make-up and doing hair. With a talent for making others feel beautiful, Tracy turned her interests in make-up and hair styling into more than just hobbies; they were expressions of her true self, and the talents God gave her. Her laughter and kind heart brought joy to many.

Tracy was preceded in death by her beloved mother, Georgia Lee Wynn, her sister, Connie Morgan, and her brother, Tommy Morgan. She is survived by her stepfather, Darnell Shields, of Little Rock, AR, her sister Bonnie Jones, her brother, Henry Morgan. Her uncles Fred Hokes of Little Rock and Timmothy Hokes of Hawthorne, CA. Her nieces, Ebony (Stephen) Williams, Arielle Morgan, Asia Jones, Iesha Jones, and her nephews, Nicholas Morgan, TreSean Morgan, Dominic Moore, Tommy Watson III, Darrick Morgan, Jamarco Jones, LaQuan Jones, and Davonte Tucker. Last but not least, Ed Carter, her sisters, Queen Carter, Tonya Carter, La’Sonya Ackers, Jessica Carter, and Tameka Carter.
